Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and clear residential drain issues using cable machines, jetting equipment, and sewer cameras.
• Perform camera inspections, identify root causes, and provide homeowners with clear solution options.
• Follow the Nexstar Six-Step Service System : Prepare, Greet, Explore / Evaluate, Present, Execute, Wrap-Up.
• Document all findings, recommendations, and services performed in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and drain equipment.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance and long-term solutions.
