Opportunity : NP / PA - Hospitalist

This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a small, collaborative hospitalist team providing essential care to adult and geriatric patients. The role combines independent practice with collaborative care alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.

Job Details :

• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills both independently and in collaboration with physicians
• Provide healthcare to individuals and families age 18+, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention
• Work 12-hour shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM with no nights or call
• Enjoy a predictable 7-on / 7-off schedule throughout the year with flexible scheduling options
• Average daily census of 26 patients at Virginia hospital (8 at Deer River hospital)
• Preferred qualifications : Adult Geriatric Acute Care certification and ACLS certification
• Requirements include Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner or as a Physician Assistant in Minnesota
• Current certification in CPR and ACLS
• National certification in applicable area
