Zurich North America is seeking a Litigated Claims Specialist to join our high-performing Commercial General Liability Construction team . The selected candidate should be able to report on a hybrid work schedule to one of these Zurich offices : Atlanta, GA; Maitland, FL; Addison, TX; Schaumburg, IL; Rocky Hill, CT; Parsippany, NJ.

What You Will Do :

• Manage and resolve high-exposure, multi-party commercial general liability claims within the construction space.
• Partner closely with internal and external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals.
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the claim process.
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
