About The Team
Global Studio is Amazon's comprehensive in-house creative production service, designed to replace fragmented agency relationships and manage creative production needs for Amazon teams globally. It extends internal creative teams’ capabilities by combining XCM's creative excellence with AI-powered automation. This gives teams the best of both worlds the control and governance of an in-house team, and the flexibility, efficiency, and diverse talent of a global external partner.
Global Studio's implementation is critical and timely as we face unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape and pressures on marketing teams. In today's digital-first environment, our ability to deliver high-quality, contextually relevant creative content at scale has become a critical competitive differentiator. By addressing these pressing challenges now, Global Studio positions Amazon to lead in marketing effectiveness and efficiency, driving better business outcomes and customer experiences in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Global Studio isn't just another tool or process change – it's a fundamental reimagining of how we produce creative at Amazon. Imagine being able to focus on strategic campaign planning instead of vendor management, or having the confidence that your assets will maintain consistent quality, agnostic of the locale or team.
Our vision is to be a one-stop shop for creative needs across Amazon, while removing the constraint of high-quality, on-brand creative asset availability.
