Interim Corporate Credit Card Supervisor

San Antonio, TX | Contract Assignment (11 / 10 / 25 – 3 / 6 / 26)

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Credit Card Supervisor to provide interim coverage for a client in San Antonio. This consultant will oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the corporate credit card program, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless support for the AP team.

Must Haves :

5+ years managing Corporate Credit Card programs (PCard or similar), including journal entries to the GL

Strong background auditing expenses and enforcing compliance

Experience with corporate credit card systems (Certify / Emburse Professional a plus)

Intermediate Excel (filters, pivots, vlookups)

Ability to handle cardholder record changes with banks (Wells Fargo, Amegy)

Excellent communication skills and business acumen across all levels of an organization

Preferred :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent

This contract runs from November 10, 2025 through March 6, 2026 and requires background check and drug screen clearance.
