Reporting Specialist

A company is looking for a Reporting Specialist to support healthcare analytics and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform data analyses and create dashboards and visualizations using various analytic tools

Assist in preparing clear reports and presentations for stakeholders

Support senior analysts in identifying trends using claims data and other benefits-related information

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Business Management, or a related field

Familiarity with data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, Tableau)

Basic understanding of healthcare data and terminology (claims data, ICD-10, CPT codes) is a plus

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
