Responsibilities

• Customer Support — Provide operational and technical support to customers.
• Customer Support — Conduct operator training both onsite and at customer facilities.
• Customer Support — Offer phone-based technical assistance.
• Customer Support — Perform on-site applications development to optimize machine performance.
• Sales Support — Assist sales staff with technical expertise and product demonstrations.
• Sales Support — Conduct machine demos during customer visits and trade shows.
• Sales Support — Process machine samples for prospective customers.
• Sales Support — Develop cutting technology for new product models to support innovation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58,240.00 - $66,560.00 / yr.
