What You Will Do :
- Support project teams both at client sites and internally as a Consultant with Guidehouse.
- Support project workstreams and interact with clients daily to ensure engagement success, including operational meetings with sponsors and leaders.
- Create and present quality deliverables supporting project workstreams.
- Gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations on performance, structure, and best practices.

What You Will Need :
Bachelor's degree1-2+ years in banking or financial services consultingExperience in operational risk, banking regulations, or risk assessmentsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to travel up to 100% as requiredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeCreative problem-solving and a collaborative mindsetStrong attention to quality and detailExperience in time-sensitive projectsMotivated, energetic, and leadership-oriented attitudeNote : Sponsorship for work visas is not available for this position.

Prior management consulting experienceRelevant certifications (CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP)MBA or related advanced degreeThe salary range is $74,000 - $124,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
