Logistics Repair Service Coordinator
Pridestaff is looking for logistics repair coordinators for a client located in Florence, KY. This is a temp to hire position, paying $19-22 / hr depending on experience. Our client is a leading provider of emergency roadside assistance for the intermodal and over-the-road transportation industries, offering expedited service and preventative maintenance protection to company fleets and owner-operators alike. We specialize in timely emergency service, getting equipment back on the road, fast. Available shifts : 2nd (2nd shift) 4pm-12 : 30am or 3pm-11 : 30 pm Sun-Thu or Tues-Fri. Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks.
Position Summary : The Account Repair Service Team is looking to add new members with a strong customer service mentality! Repair Service Coordinators are needed to help customers navigate through emergency breakdowns and preventative maintenance events. These coordinators remain highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable whilst working with customers and vendors alike.
- Effectively communicate with customers to swiftly resolve emergent or maintenance needs through all stages of a service event, including vendor selection, dispatch, follow-up, and completion
- Accurately relay breakdown specifics to ensure accurate dispatch and timely repairs
- Communicate with a wide variety of vendors throughout the FYX network
- Resolve on-demand customer requests and provide product and service information
- Create repair estimates, and obtain appropriate customer approvals as required
- Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resources and / or leadership team
- Achieve individual production targets or quota; assist the team in reaching monthly budget requirement for service events
