Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent located in Bishopville, MD. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project documentation. The Superintendent will also be responsible for quality control and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, project management, and site supervision
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
• Experience in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
