Overview Content Enablement Program Manager. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Global Content Enablement, the Content Enablement Program Manager is responsible for developing high-quality, relevant sales content aligned with Sage’s go-to-market (GTM) growth initiatives and product launches. This role will curate, create, launch and maintain content for broad use, designed for both digital self-serve and instructor-led formats. This is a hybrid role : 3 days per week in Atlanta office.
Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Sales Enablement to ensure content reflects the latest positioning, value propositions, and product capabilities
Curate, create, launch and maintain the content sales teams need to effectively sell our products and support strategic initiatives
Manage feedback loops and content analytics to refine materials based on usage, feedback, and business impact
Ensure relevancy, discoverability and usability of content within enablement platforms
Manage and deliver 2–3 projects in parallel
Report on the impact of content enablement activities against defined performance outcomes and objectives
Requirements 3+ years of combined experience in a SaaS business in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Product Marketing roles
Experience with content design and enablement platforms
Innovative mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and explore new approaches
Strong relationship-building skills at mid to senior levels, with the ability to articulate ideas professionally
Highly organized, with a natural inclination for planning and execution
Ability to independently lead discrete workstreams with limited oversight
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across functions
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to deliver with agility
