What We're Looking For : This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and / or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We're looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Requirements :

Experience : 2 years in skilled carpentry and / or exterior construction

Attitude : Positive and team-oriented

Skills : Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Commitment : Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company

Bonus : Previous experience in gutter services / installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus!

Compensation : $30.00-40.00+ per hour

Qualifications :

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• 2 years of relevant construction / carpentry experience
