TapBlaze is hiring : Game Producer in Los Angeles

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced Game Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee game development processes, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality gaming experiences.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, artists, and stakeholders to continuously deliver engaging games and content enjoyed by millions of players worldwide. OBJECTIVES

• Facilitate agile production processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, mortems, and roadmap alignment;
• Maintain clear, consistent and transparent communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting project status;
• Define and track milestones and goals, ensuring project management tools are accurate and up-to-date;
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, actively managing and resolving risks and roadblocks;
• Promote creative problem-solving and continuous process improvement;
• Ensure the sustainable and timely delivery of game projects and content with high-quality standards.

The range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
