About this job :
Responsible of managing the District's intensive tier school design processes, including turnaround planning, restart, redesign, School Performance Compact (SPC), and state accountability pathway planning. Leads the implementation and management of the District's Intensive Tier School Design processes and manages the school planning process for all District and state accountability actions, including new school design, state actions, and school closures.

Salary Range $81,118 - $97,340 .

High School Diploma / GED - Required
Bachelor's Degree - School Leadership, Community Engagement, School Start Up, or School Improvement
Master's Degree - School Leadership, Community Engagement, School Start Up, or School Improvement
Two (2+) plus years experience working with school based teams or leading professional development programs with schools - Required
Two (2+) plus years experience with change management processes and community engagement - Preferred
Two (2+) plus years experience with school start up and district and state policy on school turnaround
Knowledge of social-emotional intelligence curricula, behavior intervention, and / or multi-tiered systems of support, trauma informed care and implementation processes
Expertise in school design processes
Work style that yields high results when working independently or as part of a team
Ability to foster effective relationships with district staff, schools, and external partners
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and multi-task without compromising integrity or fidelity
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals, establish priorities, and organize resources
Inspired, visionary who can foster / generate excitement, buy-in and understanding with colleagues and employees outside of the team
High degree of integrity in handling confidential information
Proficiency with Google products including docs, sheets, slides and gmail
Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
