Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire Opportunity 📍 Madison Lake, MN Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with 3–5 years of experience in industrial or CNC equipment maintenance for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a growing manufacturing company in Madison Lake, MN.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, and 401(k).

Pay is between $28–$35 per hour, based on experience.

In this role, you will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of equipment including CNC machines, lasers, press brakes, ovens, and automation systems.

You’ll read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure reliable operation of all facility and production equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, lasers, press brakes, ovens, and automation systems.
• Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues using technical schematics and drawings.
• Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, compressed air, and plumbing.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and electricians on new equipment installation and upgrades.
• Fabricate and modify parts as needed using shop tools (lathe, mill, drill press, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
