Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol Full-Time

As a Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol Full-Time in Miami Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for all visitors and staff. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, working together to put people first and always act with integrity. Job Schedule : DayTime

  • Mon 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
  • Tue 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
  • Fri 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
  • Sat 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
  • Sun 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents, documenting findings as required by site protocols.
  • Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site staff, and / or emergency personnel as needed to relay important information.
  • Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior.
  • Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management specific to the healthcare environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
