Compensation

$25 hourly

Job Details

This position will start as a 90-day probationary period. After the 90-day period, we will discuss transitioning this position into a full-time, salaried exempt position with accompanying benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare letters to opposing parties and insurance companies.
• Order police reports, medical records, and bills.
• Review settlement demand packages with clients.
• Work closely with lawyers, paralegals, and the settlement coordinator.
• Oversee all aspects of case management to ensure smooth handling of cases.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates and information gathering.
• Arrange and keep case files in order, including legal documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless workflow.
