job_description.job_card.job_descriptionResponsible for New User tickets and updating the background tracking sheet Ensuring managers complete onboarding in a timely manner Onboarding property calls Onboarding corporate employees Assisting managers with onboarding through Teams or email Managing the I9 process Responds to employee questions in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed for employees in 8 states Creates valuable benefit materials for employees and managers Maintains an attitude and philosophy consistent with the company’s standards Recruiting, LOA and Background Processing duties as needed 2-4 years demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist HRIS systems experience Outlook Email, Calendar and Contact systems experience Microsoft Excel and Word experience Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws, government regulations and agency rules Knowledge of principles and procedures of Human Resources functions including : recruitment and selection, onboarding, benefits, and HRIS systems Recruiting experience preferred ATS experience preferred LOA experience preferred Background processing experience preferred
