A company is looking for a Benefits Manager for US & Canada Retirement Plans (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, compliance, and management of US and Canada retirement plans
Develop and execute employee education initiatives and communication strategies regarding retirement benefits
Ensure operational excellence through audits, process management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience managing US and Canada retirement plans
Professional certifications (CPA, CEBS, QPA, or similar) preferred
Experience with mergers and acquisitions in the benefits context
Strong understanding of US ERISA, DOL regulations, and Canadian CAP guidelines
