Third Shift Warehouse Lead

Location : Chicago, IL 60617

Schedule : Wednesday - Saturday - 3 : 30 pm - 2 : 00 am

Pay rate : $20-$22 / hr

Duties :

• Lead and assist in daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, staging, tagging, and vendor receiving.
• Operate computer systems to track and manage warehouse activities.
• Load and unload products using forklifts onto pallets, platforms, skids, trucks, or other lifting devices.
• Organize and secure materials such as boxes, pallets, and other supplies.
• Verify types of goods, read tickets, manifests, invoices, and orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Train, mentor, and coach warehouse employees to promote teamwork, safety, and a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with teams to meet and improve key performance metrics and engineered labor standards.

Requirements :

Repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Push or pull up to 250 lbs.

Frequently bend, kneel, squat, and push.

Reach overhead, at waist level, and from the floor.

Open to taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
