Warehouse Lead (Retail Department) - 2nd Shift

The Warehouse team is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to assist with the coordination and monitoring of the daily operations of the Warehouse department by providing work leadership to the Warehouse team. This is a great opportunity to join our 2nd shift with $1.00 differential - 2 : 00-10 : 30pm teams!

As a Warehouse Lead, you will

• Monitor and supervise assigned team ensuring all employees are working safely and efficiently while staying on task
• Participate in daily shift meetings to share any pertinent information or issues between shifts, promoting interaction and communication between all three shifts and related departments
• Coordinate and assign all team members their daily tasks
• Be sure pickers and packers are accurate and productive
• Receive and appropriately react to all department related reports
• Email any and all necessary parties with regard to product and personnel issues
• Package various products to order specifications
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders
• Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety protocols; enforce all company policies, procedures, and protocols
• Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties
• Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department
