Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Director to lead and orchestrate the development and execution of end-to-end marketing programs tailored to the Security and Risk buying group. This highly visible and influential role requires a strategic leader who can collaborate across functions, drive exceptional quality, and deliver impactful programs that scale across the organization and generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive, end-to-end strategy targeting key personas aligned with company objectives and growth priorities
• Directs multi-million-dollar budget to optimize resources for strategy and performance, and regularly interfaces with geo and BU leaders
• Owns program lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
• Serve as the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring every touchpoint is connected and compelling

Our ideal candidate :

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $189,100 - $331,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
