The Role

As an Account Executive at Superblocks, you'll own the full sales cycleprospecting, pitching, and closing top engineering teams. You'll work directly with our CEO and CTO, selling a technical product to technical buyers. This role is perfect for someone who's hungry, product-curious, and fired up to break into accounts, win deals, and help build the GTM motion from the ground up.

Responsibilities :

• Focus all of your efforts on net new logo acquisition
• Partner with the CEO & CTO and own the closing process, including negotiations and procurement
• Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineer leaders, and technical end users
• Create a plan which continuously increases our goals
• Speak with Engineering daily to deeply understand the features we're building and their value proposition

Compensation

The base salary ranges between $90,000$120,000 USD, plus a generous equity package. Final comp will be based on experience and skills.
