We are seeking a Welding & Powder Coat Paint Lead Person to oversee welding and powder coating operations in our metal manufacturing Grand Island, NE facility. This role provides daily direction to team members, ensures quality and productivity standards are met, and helps maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support welding and powder coating teams.

Assign tasks, train employees, and monitor performance.

Inspect welds and powder-coated finishes for quality.

Maintain production schedules and troubleshoot issues.

Enforce safety procedures and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications :

3+ years of welding and / or powder coating experience (leadership preferred).

Knowledge of MIG / TIG welding and powder coating processes.

Ability to read blueprints and work orders.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work on feet for extended periods.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with PPE.
