An outstanding, full-time opening has become available at a highly reputable law firm in the Santa Ana, CA area for a

Litigation Paralegal

with experience in product liability and litigation. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits including medical benefits, 401k, PTO, and other great perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration :

3+ years of Product Liability

(Corporate side)

and General Litigation practice experience

with

heavy emphasis on Trial

Drafting, Editing, Cite-checking, conforming and assisting in all stages of trial law

preparing legal documents including : Case documents, exhibits for basic pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials and other proceedings is a MUST

support to attorneys and trial teams

including managing trial logistics, exhibits, deposition designations , etc. is a MUST

coordinating witness, expert witnesses, and multi-party depositions

and as needed, with Trial Services and the County Clerk is a MUST

CloudNine Concordance

software is a PLUS.

Paralegal Studies

and / or

Paralegal Certification

is a PLUS.
