Job Description

As a Security Officer Healthcare Unarmed Patrol in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a strong, visible presence. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, assisting visitors and staff, and supporting access control measures. Exceptional customer service and clear communication are central to this role, as you interact with a diverse range of individuals in a dynamic environment. What Youll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
