Salary : $22-$25 per hour

Job Summary :

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage projects, maintenance, and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and other building systems.This position will supervise the upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment.The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.This position reports to the Property Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Interviews and trains maintenance department staff.
• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Enforces company policies and coordinates any disciplinary actions of employees with the Property Manager and Corporate HR as needed.
