Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams

Proven success in leading multiple engineering teams in SaaS startup environments

Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and CI / CD pipelines

Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration between Product, Design, QA, and DevOps

History of delivering features that drive measurable business outcomes
