Product and Design Support

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in selling cabinetry or experience as a kitchen and bath designer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. In this full-time role, you will work closely with our dealers, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary for their success.

Job Duties

• Provide design check services for our dealers to ensure design quality and accuracy.
• Train new dealers on our cabinetry products and ordering software.
• Host monthly training webinars for ongoing dealer education.
• Educate internal employees on cabinetry knowledge and tools.
• Assist sales representatives by ensuring their dealers receive proper training and support.
• Test and validate 2020 Design catalogs for accuracy : log and track reported issues.
• Act as a concierge for new dealers through their first orders, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
