Key Responsibilities
Develop program goals, strategic plans, policies, and procedures to guide program direction
Manage program budgets, resources, and staffing while ensuring efficient handling of administrative tasks
Coordinate activities across departments and partner organizations, acting as a liaison between the program and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Experience managing all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and evaluation
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, ServiceNow, and relevant project management tools
Excellent time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data to resolve complex issues effectively
