Locums - NP - Neuro Oncology - Santa Monica, CA

Schedule : We are looking for a provider who specializes in Neuro Oncology to cover every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday as specified in the schedule attached in the practice description. 8a-4p

We will approve a guarantee below as follows :

• Tues : 8-hour guarantee
• Wed : 8-hour guarantee
• Thurs : 4-hour guarantee

Providers are required to take a one-hour lunch (12-1) except on Thursday's.

Skills required : 2 years neurologic oncology experience required, or equivalent (must be relevant! Within the last couple of years)

Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 Days - Activity logs within the last 2 years will be needed for privileging.
