Job Summary : Grande is now hiring for our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility located in Chilton, WI; an exciting opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up! As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide financial leadership and analytical support at our Grande facilities in Chilton and Lomira, WI. This critical role operates with minimal supervision and is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of complex financial analyses and strategic business initiatives. The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities, providing actionable insights through advanced modeling and trend analysis. Key responsibilities include :

• Leading the monthly close and reporting process, supporting annual budget planning, and identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Serving as a financial partner to functional and operational leaders, offering guidance based on data-driven analysis and business acumen.
• Mentoring junior analysts, administering financial systems, enhancing reporting tools (e.g., BI dashboards), and driving continuous improvement across planning, accounting, and operational workflows.
