We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our onsite team in Appleton, WI, where you'll partner directly with business leaders to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization.

What You'll Do :

• FP&A Leadership : Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and senior leaders, supporting them with P&L analysis, planning, and decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units, aligning financial plans with strategic goals.
• Performance Analysis : Analyze revenue, cost, and expense trends. Identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers to recommend action.
• Model Development : Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support short-, mid-, and long-term planning.
• Financial Reporting : Track performance against forecast and budget; communicate findings through concise, data-backed reports and presentations.
• Business Partnership : Collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights that guide operational and strategic decisions.
• Team Mentorship : Coach, guide, and support Financial Analysts within the team, fostering continuous development and analytical excellence.

What You'll Bring :

57 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).

Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling capabilities.
