Director of Culture + Experience

We're looking for a connector, storyteller, and community builder to join our crew as Director of Culture + Experience. This is a hybrid role that blends curating unforgettable guest experiences with leading property-level marketing.

At The Virginian Lodge, you'll shape the cultural heartbeat of Jackson Hole's funkiest mountain retreatwhere good times, good people, and good vibes are the rule, not the exception. Responsibilities

As the cultural ambassador for The Virginian Lodge, you'll :

  • Create and oversee on-property events, activations, and signature Outbound programming.
  • Build partnerships with local vendors, guides, and artisans to bring Jackson's spirit to lifeand connect them to our experiential sales platform.
  • Manage marketing initiatives including website updates, email campaigns, social media collaborations, and local media / DMO partnerships.
  • Capture and share content that tells our story across digital and traditional channels.
  • Partner with CoralTree Hospitality's brand team on larger campaigns while keeping a pulse on the local community.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For :

  • 57 years in hospitality marketing, cultural programming, or event / experience management.
  • Creative, community-minded, and passionate about the outdoors.
  • Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and storytelling.
  • Organized, collaborative, and excited to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
