About the Role and Team : We are seeking an experienced and visionary Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead our Salesforce engineering, design, and development team. This role is pivotal in driving our comprehensive Salesforce roadmap, advancing our capabilities across a diverse range of internal platforms including Salesforce. With a team of developers, architects, and admins across the globe, this individual will drive cohesion and direction within that team in order to execute and deliver timely, scalable solutions within our Salesforce Core instance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional engineering and architectural understanding, coaching and mentoring abilities, collaboration and partnership-building skills, enabling effective cross-functional relationships and alignment with key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor Salesforce engineering teams at The Knot Worldwide, ensuring best practices and high standards in development.
• Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders at The Knot Worldwide to align technical delivery with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for Salesforce initiatives at The Knot Worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with InfoSec and legal governance, security, and performance standards at The Knot Worldwide.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new Salesforce capabilities specific to The Knot Worldwide's needs.

Required Skills & Experience :

Work Model : This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you'll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
