Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. In this driving-required role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and remaining highly visible. Your presence and excellent communication skills will contribute to a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide customer service while supporting the security-related needs of the site, reflecting Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and integrity. Pay Rate : $21.75 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Wed 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM Thur 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM Sun 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter areas. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing the premises during patrols.
  • Report and document any unusual incidents, property damage, or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and contractors while representing Allied Universal.
  • Follow all site-specific instructions and guidelines while remaining alert to changes in the environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
