Your role in our mission

We're seeking an experienced Sr. UX Researcher to lead research initiatives that connect us deeply with our users and uncover insights that drive meaningful product improvements. As a senior member of our product organization, you'll shape our UX strategy, mentor other UXers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered decision making across the organization. You'll be responsible for establishing research best practices, selecting appropriate methodologies for complex problems, and translating research insights into strategic recommendations that align with business objectives. Your expertise will help ensure we're building the right solutions that address real user needs and pain points.

How youll make an impact

• Lead and execute a variety of research methods including qualitative interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, surveys, and quantitative benchmarking
• Design and implement comprehensive research plans for complex projects in a fast-moving environment
• Mentor junior UXers and evangelize research best practices across the organization
• Regularly present at Town Hall and All Tech meetings
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders
• Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and engineering teams to incorporate user insights throughout the product development process
• Expand our research repository to make insights accessible and usable by the broader organization
• Partner with analytics teams to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data for a holistic view of user behavior
• Proactively identify research opportunities that could improve product strategy and user experience
• Advocate for user needs in strategic planning and prioritization discussions

Interview process

Compensation details : The salary for this position is $165,000 - $200,000 annually, plus bonus and generous benefits. In determining your salary, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
