Service Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient Otolaryngology

Clinical Shift Schedule : Standard clinic hours

On-Call Shift Schedule : Weekend call 1 : 3

• 2 Otolaryngologists
• 1 Allergist
• 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• 1 Audiologist

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Experience : Open to experienced physicians and new graduates

Other Qualifications :

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care for pediatric and adult patients

Perform ENT-related procedures and surgeries in both hospital and outpatient settings

Participate in 1 : 3 weekend call rotation

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including allergists and audiologists

Contribute to the growth and expansion of a busy ENT practice
