The Role
Join the POLYWOOD® Maintenance Department, where your skills will keep our operations running at their best. From repairing and maintaining complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to ensuring our facilities and equipment remain reliable, your work will make a direct impact on our success. You’ll be part of a team that values craftsmanship, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Experience with Electrical and Control systems is a plus!
This role goes beyond general maintenance. You’ll also have the chance to work with advanced automation systems, PLCs, and industrial controls, supporting a modern manufacturing environment that’s always pushing forward.

Technical Skills :
Safety-Oriented : Knowledge of lockout / tagout procedures and safety programs is essential.
Adaptability : Ability to perform diverse tasks such as conduit bending, motor troubleshooting, and facility maintenance.
Certifications : Welding Certification, Power Lift Certification, Blood Borne Pathogens Certification, First Aid and CPR Certification
Character : Demonstrates ethics, strategic thinking, professionalism, quality, innovation, adaptability, and dependability.
Screening : Ability to pass a background check.
