Position Summary

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations / Warehouse Intern to support our day-to-day logistics, warehouse management, and operations processes. This hands-on internship offers valuable exposure to the behind-the-scenes work that powers solar, HVAC, and roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in organizing, receiving, and inventorying materials and tools in the warehouse

Help coordinate deliveries and pickups of equipment to job sites

Support operational workflows including material tracking, order management, and documentation

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Work closely with the operations manager and warehouse manager to support project needs

Assist with administrative tasks related to procurement

Requirements

Interest in construction, renewable energy, operations, or logistics

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Dependable and punctual

Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

Valid driver's license (required)
