Proven results in reliability / OEE, with knowledge of continuous improvement techniques (e.g., 5S, Lean, TPM). Experience with automated data collection and CMMS (e.g., EMaint). Understanding of GMP and food processing equipment, with bottling and canning experience preferred. Knowledge of OSHA / FDA / USDA / EPA requirements. Flexible schedule to cover 3 shifts, including some weekends. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager reports to the Plant Manager and is based out of our Seabrook, New Jersey location. This individual will be responsible for a team of 4 direct reports and 24 technicians responsible for all maintenance activities in the facility, including three hot fill juice bottling / canning lines, cranberry sauce canning / bottling lines, blending operations, boiler operations, wastewater treatment, warehouse, and plant utilities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and improve a preventive maintenance program to enhance equipment reliability, maximize wrench time, and increase operator engagement, including backlog management and planning periodic equipment overhauls.
- Manage the annual R&M budget, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and waste.
- Lead continuous improvement in regulatory programs such as Arc Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, and PSM.
- Oversee the development and execution of capital projects with the Plant Engineer and Leadership Team.
- Support initiatives in water / energy conservation, waste reduction, and plant sustainability.
- Perform other related duties as required.
