About the Role

As a Massage Therapist (On Call) at Four Seasons, you will deliver personalized, high quality massage treatments to guests, ensuring a luxurious and rejuvenating experience that embodies the brand's standards of excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage techniques, a guest focused approach, and a commitment to maintaining a professional, serene environment. You will also contribute to the overall spa experience by promoting wellness offerings and supporting the team in creating a memorable experience for all guests.

What You Will Do

Client Consultation & Treatment

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs, health concerns, and preferences.
• Provide a variety of massage services, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments, tailored to guest preferences.
• Educate guests about the benefits of treatments and recommend personalized spa programs.
