FULL TIME PAYROLL CLERK - $60k / DOE + Benefits

The position includes maintaining employee records, running bi-weekly, multi-state payroll, processing 401k contributions, tax deposits and garnishments, as well as preparation of quarterly / annual payroll taxes. Duties include but are not limited to the following :

• Maintain employee records
• Enter and verify computer generated time cards
• Calculate manual time cards
• Process bi-weekly, multi-state payrolls
• Process tax deposits, 401k contributions and garnishments
• Process quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
• Post payroll in computer and manually on ledger sheets
