Location : Buffalo, NY (candidates can be remote, but must be  located in NY and willing to travel occasionally for in-person court appearances at depositions)

Salary : $90K-$140K Base

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in various matters, with a strong focus on insurance coverage and litigation. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about the law and is looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials and hearings.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in insurance and coverage matters.
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions for clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex cases.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progress and activities.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in insurance and litigation.
