This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties associated with the International Registration Plan (IRP) and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA). Accurate communication with the project team and IFTA / IRP staff is essential to this position. Examines customer processes and transactions to validate accuracy and completeness and helps ensure compliance with the IRP and IFTA requirements. Works collaboratively with other team members, field office and call center staff to ensure that timely smooth quality service is provided. Ability to articulate processes into a written format to assist in procedural or testing documentation is essential.
Staff will participate in developmental and unit acceptance testing. Tasks performed while testing will be at the direction of the testing manger. All noted and reported software defects are to retested after remediation.
Staff may not be asked to perform all delineated tasks and responsibilities at all times, but will be asked to perform the various duties based on current work demands and staffing availability. The percentages of time denoted for the individual tasks represent the anticipated tasks for the current performance cycle, but do not reflect all tasks the employee may be asked to perform during the performance cycle.
