Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets, and arranging project procurement gate meetings as required / creating and maintaining the project-related to procurement documents.
• Supports global sourcing initiatives as required. Negotiate agreements with suppliers to optimize inventory, quality, cost, and obtain best terms & conditions for ABB.
• Manages supply risk by eliminating single sources for new critical components. Maintain knowledge of and conduct work activities in compliance with all safety policies.
• Creates and updates reports, as required, following the ABB standards.
• Executes and implements new directions within the area of responsibility.
• Applies standards on health, safety, environment and business ethics within operational work, contract management and negotiations.
• Delivers and participates in training programs as required for compliance and professional development.
