Remote Customer Service Associate About the Role Task Buddie is growing, and we’re seeking detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Associates to support our expanding client base.
In this role you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every client feels supported.
Your goal will be to build strong relationships and deliver reliable, professional service.
What You’ll Do Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot any client issues with professionalism and accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues efficiently.
Document client interactions and feedback to help continuously improve our service quality.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with every client interaction.
What You Bring Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
