As a Account Associate you are a vital part of our daily business operations and crucial to the success of our customers. In this role, you will build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, serving as the key liaison between their needs and our agency departments. By proactively marketing relevant products and services, you will contribute directly to the growth of our agency and improve the lives of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage client accounts and keep their information up to date in the database.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and respond to their inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim statuses.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
