Key Responsibilities
Determine complex claim benefits based on medical records and contract language
Analyze and process complex claims while communicating with customers and finalizing claims
Provide effective customer service and participate in process improvements and service delivery enhancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Strong sense of urgency and accountability for work results
Ability to adapt to a diverse and changing work environment
Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
