- The Publishing Content Project Specialist will manage the upload and metadata creation of content, and content lifecycle.
- This role will publish to platforms which include Adobe Experience Manager, to support product and sales functions.
- This position will generate content upload reports.
- The role also includes managing quality assurance reviews of content submitted for web publishing, communicating with content submitters and content owners to alleviate quality issues, ensuring that content is labeled as regulatory compliant, and that password protection is utilized appropriately.
- Managing daily reports of English and translated content is also required.
- In addition, this position assists with acquisition rebranding and regulatory compliance projects and manages a SharePoint site.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Post-graduate, certification, and / or license may be required.
- Typically, at least 1-2+ years relevant experience.
